Are you about to build an average house?
Will you get to the end of the process and then discover how much better it could have been?
Build a House Fit for the Future
Creating your dream home is potentially one of the most rewarding experiences in your life. It’s that chance to have everything you want.
So, why do most people opt for quantity over quality and ultimately deny themselves a more comfortable, energy-efficient home?
I have interviewed over 30 experts in green building in my first year of research at House Planning Help and I want to share their keys lessons with you.
In this e-book I cover:
– The benefits of building an ecologically sound house
– Why a handful of decisions really dictate where your project is going
– The importance of hiring a team that ‘get it’
– Why this is within your budget

Who am I?
I am probably someone like you. I want to transition to an energy-efficient house in the next couple of years and achieve this to the best of my ability.
I have skills as an interviewer from my previous job in radio, which I’m using to my advantage to learn from those with much more experience than me.
I have no agenda but I do believe the world is facing unprecedented change, which will require us to thrive with less.
What You’re Saying About the E-book

This enjoyable e-book is effective at highlighting the key elements of taking on a self-build project. If anything, I was impressed how this short read got me thinking with the questions that it poses, and it certainly inspired me to think differently. Ben’s dedication to promoting energy efficient and sensible building design is a refreshing approach. If you’re a fan of the podcast then I definitely recommend this ebook.

Each time we build a rubbish house we are wasting an opportunity and adding to the world’s future problems.
What’s more, I feel that once we see the light we will never want to look back!
This e-book attempts to break it down into simple English.
